Visitors to the site today will find the signature Royal Enclave gate — the striking wing-shaped structure that has become a landmark along Main G.T. The project's grand mosque, Jamia Masjid Ruqayyah, has been structurally completed and is one of the most visually distinctive buildings in the development, with its tall concrete fins rising above the surrounding plots.
The community park is green and landscaped, security infrastructure is active with round-the-clock patrols, and the first wave of residential construction is visible throughout the sold plots — a mix of completed homes, homes under construction, and vacant plots ready for building.

What's Still In Progress
